Vitalysse Return Policy
We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Vitalysse. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Here’s how our return process works:
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original packaging must be intact.
- Derma rollers: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, derma rollers with opened packaging are final sale. The needles are sterile and cannot be restocked once opened by the customer. In these cases, we are unable to issue a refund but can provide a store credit.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@northstardevices.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on where to send your return.
Return Shipping Fee:
A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. If your item was damaged or incorrect, please let us know, as we’ll waive the return shipping fee in these cases.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method, minus the $8 return shipping fee.
- If your derma roller packaging has been opened, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
